Auxiliary Equipment & Spares · FL-AUX-REF
Silica, alumina and magnesia ramming mixes matched to your alloy, with steel formers, vibrators and a written sintering procedure.
Lining life determines how many hours a furnace actually melts. The right refractory chemistry for your alloy, rammed at the right density and sintered on the right curve, will run far more campaigns than a mismatched lining installed by eye.
We supply silica mixes for cast iron and carbon steel, alumina for stainless and alloy steels, and magnesia or spinel for manganese steel and high-slag duties. Each shipment comes with the sintering curve for that mix and that furnace size — the single document most often missing when a customer buys refractory locally.
Steel formers, pneumatic vibrators and the ramming tools are supplied with the furnace, and our commissioning engineer installs and sinters the first lining while your operators do the second under supervision.
