Industry Application
Through-heating and end-heating lines synchronised to your press, with automatic reject gates, quick coil changeover and low scale loss.
A forging line lives or dies on billet temperature consistency. Too cold and the press struggles and dies crack; too hot and grain growth ruins the part. Gas furnaces average this out over long dwell times; induction controls it billet by billet.
Our heating lines run closed loop on a two-colour pyrometer with an automatic reject gate ahead of the press, so an out-of-window billet never reaches the die. Press synchronisation stops the heat during a stoppage instead of cooking the billets already in the coil.

The three problems that decide whether an installation in this industry pays for itself or becomes a maintenance liability.
The line takes a run signal from the press and holds heating when the press stops, then ramps back on restart — the failure mode that costs a gas-fired shop its first billets after every interruption.
Short heating times mean far less oxide forms than in a long gas furnace soak, so there is less scale to descale, less abrasive on the die and better yield per ton of stock.
Quick-change coil cassettes and stored recipes let a job shop move between billet sizes in minutes instead of rebuilding the heating station.
The configurations we most often specify for forging & fasteners operations.
