Product Details
Pouring is where an induction furnace is most dangerous, so the tilting system is built around control and fail-safety rather than speed. Twin cylinders with a synchronising valve keep the furnace level through the pour, and a proportional valve gives fine speed control at the start of the stream.
A mechanical lock holds the furnace at any angle without hydraulic pressure, so a hose failure cannot drop a full furnace. An emergency hand pump returns the furnace to upright if electrical power is lost mid-pour.
Supplied as the complete assembly — furnace body frame, trunnions, cylinders, power pack, valve block, hoses and the pendant or console control.
