Products
The supporting equipment and consumables that decide furnace uptime — cooling towers, hydraulic stations, water-cooled cables, capacitors and refractory linings.
Most induction furnace downtime is not caused by the furnace. It is caused by cooling water, a failed cable, a burst capacitor or a lining that reached the end of its life without warning. These items are cheap next to the furnace and expensive when they stop it.
We supply every auxiliary item as part of the original order and hold them as spares afterwards, referenced to your specific machine serial number. That matters more for an export customer than a domestic one — a two-day local delivery becomes a six-week air-freight problem if the part is not identified correctly.
Every furnace ships with a recommended two-year spares list priced in the original quotation, so the parts budget is known before the equipment arrives rather than discovered during the first breakdown.
