Product Details
Water-cooled cable connects the power supply to a furnace that moves through 95° every pour, so it flexes under full current thousands of times a year. Cables are a wear item with a predictable life, and running one to failure means an unplanned stop plus whatever the failure damages on its way out.
Resonant capacitors are the other predictable consumable. They fail gradually — capacitance drifts, the tuning moves, the power supply starts tripping on frequency limits — and a capacitance check at a scheduled maintenance stop catches it before a trip does.
We hold both, plus thyristor and IGBT modules, fast-acting fuses, current transformers and control boards, all cross-referenced to the serial number of the machine we shipped you, so a spares order is a part number rather than a description and a photograph.
