Induction Heating Systems · FL-IH-HRD
Scan or single-shot hardening with servo traverse, integrated quench and closed-loop power control — repeatable case depth on shafts, gears and rails.
Induction hardening heats a surface layer above the transformation temperature and quenches it immediately, leaving a hard case over a tough core. Case depth is set by frequency and power, so the same machine can produce a shallow case on a gear tooth or a deep one on a rail head by changing the recipe.
The machine uses a servo-driven vertical traverse with the coil and quench ring on one carriage, scanning a rotating part. Power, scan speed, rotation and quench flow are all recipe parameters logged per part, which is what an automotive or rail customer needs for traceability.
Single-shot hardening for short parts and CNC scan hardening for shafts up to 3 m are both available, with an optional integrated tempering station.
